Polling Day Friday 8th March2024

I HEREBY GIVE YOU NOTICETHAT:

1.The latest date for the receipt of Appeals in respect of the Register ofElectors of the County of Offaly in advance of the 39th and 40th Referendums ofThe Constitution shall be Thursday 22nd February 2024.

2.All such Appeals will be heard by the County Registrar for the County ofOffaly, sitting at the Courthouse, Tullamore, Co Offaly and should be directedby post or personal delivery to that address.

3. Any Appeals received afterthe final date shall not be considered by the County Registrar until afterPolling Day for above Referendums.
